It´s possible to registrate Wednesday evening at the welcome reception at Koldinghus and from Thursday morning at the registration desk at University of Southern Denmark.
At the registration practical and program information will be provided. The registration desk is located at the ground floor in the university building.
Program and session
A pre-print is provided in the welcome package and updates will be announced at the registration desk and on the website.
Competitive papers have 30 min for presentation and discussion (max 15 for the presentation). Work-in-progress papers have about 20 min for presentation and discussion) (max 10 min for presentation). In some sessions there are first competitive papers and work-in-progress papers at the end. If time is available more time than the 20 min can be given to work-in-progress papers at the end of the sessions.
SDU Campus Kolding

The triangle building at Campus Kolding was built in 2014. It is the daily workplace for nearly 3000 students and academic and admin staff. The triangular building was designed by Henning Larsen Architects and incorporates the ideas of collaboration and sustainability.

Koldinghus – Jutland’s last remaining royal castle build for a king – has played an important role in the history of Denmark throughout the more than 700 years of its existence. It has served as a part of the border defense, as a royal residence, and as the seat of the local representatives of the Danish central government.
Wednesday evening welcome reception will be held at the knights’ hall at the Koldinghus. Koldinghus is at the middle of Kolding town – 5 min walk from train station and 10 min from the university.

Gram Castle is one of the most splendid and monumental buildings in Southern Jutland. The stately building with three wings opens its courtyard to the main road and bids a warm welcome to local residents as well as tourists.
Gram Castle was built over three centuries, starting around 1470. The three wings surrounding the courtyard were erected in each their century.
Today the castle is a modern organic family owned farm.
Thursday’s dinner will be held in the Holstein Barn at Gram Castle.
Coaches will transport the delegates from First Hotel and Comwell Hotel to Gram Castle and back.
